Video: Obama talks about Mississippi win

There are signs that Hillary Clinton’s heaping helping of nasty since the eve of the Ohio/Texas primaries has begun to generate a backlash in the media and public opinion, but all the same there’s no question that the barrage has knocked Barack Obama off his game. In this post-Mississippi interview with Wolf Blitzer, Obama seems not only exhausted by this leg of the marathon;  for the moment, he has lost his sense of mastery and along with it the larger-than-life sheen of his campaign. All the same catch phrases trip from his lips, but they sound perfunctory, distracted, off-balance. He really seems no closer to regaining his footing than he did 10 days ago, when Clinton started her “McCain is more qualified” carpet-bombing.

How, and when, does he start campaigning on his own terms again?
