Minnesota Public Radio’s Tom Scheck has posted a brief video clip at the Polinaut blog showing Gov. Tim Pawlenty at a White Bear Lake Area Chamber of Commerce event yesterday, posing with a man in a giant fish suit. As with the photo of Norm Coleman posing with a giant shoe, this still from the video seems ripe for a caption. Submit yours in comments after the jump.

Can you identify each of the figures in this photo? One is a scum-sucking bottom feeder. The other is a fish.

Unable to “reel in” government spending, Pawlenty sees an opportunity in raising fishing license and boat registration fees in an effort to balance the budget without “raising taxes.” Smells fishy to me.
