I believe that the republicans are simply playing games to slow down the Obama administration for carrying out what they promised. If things don’t get done, people will blame the President and the ruling party. If that happens, republicans may get more votes next time. This is probably the only way they can get votes. Too many of them are arrogant, extremists, and backwards. They can probably only appeal to a smaller and smaller portion of the population.

I wish the republicans would quit trying to drag this country down, to stop starting wars at the drop of a hat, and to quit making their few rich supporters even richer.

The Republican Party has shifted far to the right and have become like the fascists in our history books. When you look back at earlier Republicans like President Eisenhower or Dan Evans, Governor of Washington State, they sound much like the Democrats of today. Like the old saying, “you can’t fool all of the people all of the time”. Democrats have become the party of progress, common sense and financial responsibility.

Shame on these Minnesota judges and Governor….this election is OVER.
Shame on Coleman for not taking ‘NO’ for an answer.
Shame on Spector for NOT letting go, and moving with the wind….but that
is another issue.

These politicians bring shame on our nation.

i think he should have waited for the final outcome to the unresolved election. i dont think the would be any harm in counting all the cast ballots in the state, the people voted now just count the votes and lets end this…

Go Franken! Anybody who’s read his the chapters about the Reagan tax plan in his satirical book about Rush Limbaugh knows how thorough his research is. Franken is as qualified to lead as anyone, he’ll make a great Senator.
