since it is clear that franken did win, everyday that franken is not seated the republicans win. What is coleman really waiting for, I think he is hoping to delay Frankens seating until after 2010 (when they hope the republicans will have more more then 40 seats) or even better to force a redo of the election. There was a redo election forced in the 1970s over a very close senate race (only it was within 9 votes instead of 200). But they will take it to the supreme court and hope that Kennedy will agree. I am guessing it will be a 5/4 decision with Scalia, Thomas, Alito, and Roberts chearing on coleman and ginsberg, Souter, Breyer, and stevens on the otherside.

I wonder if the Republicans realize that not only is Norm going to lose but by them keeping it in the courts they are going to lose.

How dumb do they think the voters are. A lot I guess because they keep doing it after we have all said STOP.

I see a blood bath in 2 years for the GOP.

Coleman doesn't care how much taxpayer money he has to waste on a fools errand. I hope the court assesses him a big ol' court cost for wasting everyone's time.

At what point will Norm Coleman stop this unending appeal to keep his seat.
He should concede. The race is over. He once insisted that Al Franken concede after the first election. Each court has ruled in favor of Al Franken. Minnesota needs proper representation.

Minnesotans,

Spare us more narcissistic "leaders." Do we really want leaders who succeed by virtue of clogging the courts and neglecting the populace? Litigation is no sign of leadership, but of selfish pursuit of a self-serving outcome.
