Now it's off to Washington, to convince the GOP leadership (if you can figure out who that is) that he's smarter than Palin (that won't require much effort) and prettier than her as well (after all, the male model look has always been helpful to anyone seeking the GOP nomination). It became obvious he wasn't running when he gave the legislature and the mayors a big FU. That's the act of someone not just thinking he doesn't have to work with those people anymore, but also someone playing to GOP base that hates taxes and loves authoritarian leaders.
