		<description>We don&#039;t need to reform campaign finance.  We just need a movement to not vote for anyone who takes PAC money and money from special interests.  This is the only way to overturn the Status-Quo.</description>

I do mean &quot;majority&quot;, not &quot;plurality&quot;. I didn&#039;t succeed a finding a link, but I&#039;m reasonably sure about 70% of campaign spending is for TV ads. If TV was cheaper o there was some way to reduce the ads, that would end our campaign finance problem.

Sorry, if I knew how to accomplish that, I would say so. I don&#039;t have a solution, but let&#039;s at least identify the problem.</description>
