The majority of campaign money is spent on TV commercials. I do mean "majority", not "plurality". I didn't succeed a finding a link, but I'm reasonably sure about 70% of campaign spending is for TV ads. If TV was cheaper o there was some way to reduce the ads, that would end our campaign finance problem. Sorry, if I knew how to accomplish that, I would say so.
