It forces the "tax cut" crowd to define exactly what will get cut. It looks like the cuts do indeed include a tax INCREASE on renters, as well as almost two BILLION dollars less for education. Fine, if that's what Pawlenty wants, I'm sure it'll be a winning issue for him in the presidential race in 2012. Not. I like this, in theory.
