Campaign Video: Coleman targeted in “Save the Court” ad campaign

People for the American Way has launched a new radio [mp3] and YouTube ad campaign linking Sen. Norm Coleman to the plight of Lily Ledbetter, a Goodyear worker who sued her employer for pay discrimination — and won — only to have the ruling overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court. “A new justice [John Roberts] nominated by George W. Bush and supported by Minnesota Sen. Norm Coleman wrote the opinion that denied her equal pay,” states the spot’s narrator. The radio commercial is airing now in the Twin Cities, according to PFAW.
As part of its Save the Court campaign, PFAW also has additional videos featuring interviews with Ledbetter on her case.
