State law is CLEAR on that Election Certificate Issue. If you live in MN, and don’t like it, MOVE ELSEWHERE.

If I had MY way, I’d declare a mis-election (Similar to a mistrial) and order a new election. But it’s not up to me.

Of course, if it happened AGAIN…? Well, appoint someone else.

Why aren’t the people in Minnesota out in the streets going crazy about not being represented and putting up with this garbage? Wait—I remember— they re-elected CRAZY Backman too. It’s obvious Pawlenty plans to run in 2012. He is going to put off signing for Franken as long as possible, he is hoping for it to go to the federal supreme court. You know the Republican party is paying big bucks not to let the Dems get the 60 votes.
