I've got my digital camera ready to go in case I spot them in the alley again. </p><p><br>While 95 percent of the graffiti in Phillips, Powderhorn and Central may be gang related, it is being done by very young kids who may not be gang bangers--at least not yet. Tagging is a way for the young wanna-bes to begin a gangster life. You're not going to catch a 20-something gang member tagging garages.
