I love this ad! The GOP is passing the ball (to the Democrats?) and walking off the court, just like Mrs. Palin. And knowing the background of the video inoculates the intended negativity.

If anyone knows what the music is, please post here. If it comes from a full-length composition, I’d like to hear the whole thing. It is very compelling.

Forget getting any sincere effort at solving problems and finding compromises. They’re already in campaign mode. Of course, they don’t have a non-campaign mode anymore. They just campaign instead of governing, and can’t figure out that’s part of their problem.

What’s particularly telling isn’t that they’re deceiving viewers about what Al is doing in those clips, but they’re already been caught and debunked, yet don’t care. They’ll repeat lies even after they’re caught if they think the lies do them some good.

Oh, good Lord. The republicans are using scare tactics and trying to rewrite history yet again. Blaming the democrats for the Bush Recession. Typical.

One can only hope that the democrats show enough spine to fight back against these lies and half-truths. I doubt they will, but one can always hope.
