The GOP is not to blame for the exclusion of the Polichicks. They were there. Annette Meeks pointed out that the last time Minnesota hosted the Republican national convention, 1892, was the first time a female delegate was seated. Cathie Hartnett wore a shirt that read “Democrats for the Republican National Convention.”

I am uncertain what is on Mayor Winstead's tie. He seems awfully proud of it though. I'm guessing elephants.
