Tim Pawlenty thinks this is progress?

At tonight’s gubernatorial debate, going on as this is posted, Tim Pawlenty seems to be going a little over the top with his rhetoric! Check out this response to a question about the status of the Minnesota transportation system:
We have made more progress than any other administration in modern history .
Whoa, big claim there Timmy and one that’s pretty quickly refuted by the look on any Twin Cities commuter’s face every morning (especially if said commuter is trying to go down 35W). It seems that the congestion in the metro area gets worse every day and projects like the crosstown construction keep getting delayed. If this is what Tim Pawlenty considers progress we’re in serious trouble.
