Video: The second-tier candidate’s revolt

You might recognize some of the scenery in the embedded video clip below. That’s Republican National Convention organizer Maria Cino in St. Paul’s own Xcel Energy Center promoting the “greatest convention” in GOP history. And there are shots of Minnesota’s capital city mixed in a collage of riot police and Revolutionary War battles. The message, though subtle, is clear: These people would really like a featured speaking role at the national convention for their second-tier Republican candidate!
