Good job Minnesota! John Marty is the kind of leader who cares about people and takes the time to listen to everyday people’s concerns. He is the kind of politician that is not interested in pleasing his party or special interest groups, instead he is interested in pleasing the people that he represents. We need healthcare reform in this state, and John Marty is the ONLY candidate with a SINGLE-PAYER Health Plan (MN Health Plan). Vote John Marty!

John Marty is a social liberal and fiscal conservative. He always has the most progressive view on every issue. Even better he stands by his principles even when doing so seems not to be in his own political best interests (has deep integrity). In a field of good choices, I am pleased, but not surprised to find out that he came in in first place. I support John Marty wholeheartedly.

It’s such a shame that people thought John Marty’s ideas were off the mark in 1986. John Marty showed prophetic vision in the 1980s with his ‘common good’ compassion based vision for politics, when the majority of the electorate was buying into the ‘greed is good’ and everyone for themselves vision of politics sold by the Republicans and their backers. He was right then, and now that we’ve collectively made the mistakes we’ve made since then, it is so much clearer now, he’s the best choice now.

Actually, John Marty has racked up three recent straw poll victories. I think people are getting the fact that he has a winning message for these times. After all, he has been right on the issues since his first election in 1986!

Doesn’t hurt Marty to be sure, though we never know what straw polls mean.

Typo alert: Rybak’s votes are 6, but he’s tied with Coleman who has 16.

YES!!! Go John Marty Go! He’s the one MN needs, more than ever! He’s always been right on this issues (a true progressive!), and he clearly has a well organized campaign around him this time! It’s finally Marty Time!
