Bachmann’s press aide is among The Hill’s most beautiful people

U.S. Rep. Michele Bachmann’s press secretary has been named one of the 50 most beautiful people in Washington, D.C. by The Hill. Debbee Keller, 24, hails from Georgetown — a town in Texas where the movie “Varsity Blues” was filmed, not the neighborhood in the nation’s capital.
Keller is one of three media staffers Bachmann employs — an unusually large number in the House.
Last year, Laurie Coleman, wife of former U.S. Sen. Norm Coleman, was named to The Hill’s list.
Here’s some of what The Hill had to say about Keller:
She has brown hair that falls just below her shoulders and brown eyes to match; she dresses stylishly but would rather have a meal with her family than go shopping; and she won her hometown beauty contest at the age of 17. …
Keller also volunteers through her church. Once a month she helps elderly people in Washington’s Anacostia neighborhood with work on their houses and yards.
One recent weekend she was in charge of stripping paint from the side of a house using a power-washer.
“I recently discovered that I’m very good with a power-washer,” Keller says. “I ended up getting soaking wet. But it was worth it, just to know you’re helping someone.”
Also on The Hill’s list this year is U.S. Rep. Aaron Schock (R.-Ind.-Ill.), the youngest Member of Congress and a Minnesota native. Of the “boy wonder” from Peoria, The Hill writes:
He was born in Minnesota, the land of 10,000 lakes, and spent his first 10 years there, explaining his love for waterskiing and jet skiing. He still has family in the state’s west-central town of Morris and says he practices water sports on his retreats to the family cabin.

If you end up getting soaked with the power-washer, I wouldn’t say that you’re “very good.”

Turn the power washer on Bachmann please. Don’t be alarmed when the water goes in one ear and out the other.

You have got to be kidding me! This is 2009, not 1959. This degrading type of thing was buried in the ’70′s, wasn’t it?
Although, you would figure that it would be MB that would grab headlines in any way she can. First she is saying that God made her run, then she is saying that all politicians (especially Democrats) need to be investigated by the press, then she is hiding in the bushes spying on “those people” at a Rainbow Rally, next she goes on TV and says she is going to violate our Constitution with not filling out the census next year.
Just how is it that this woman is still in office, and not in jail?

‘Most beautiful’ – one really good, and let me add really ‘important’ reason to have her associated with government. Too bad her ‘beauty’ isn’t reflected in the words she writes for her boss to read. No wonder government isn’t as effective as it could be with ‘beauties’ like these in positions of power and near power.

The last time I checked Peoria is in Illinois, not Indiana. Congressman Aaron Schock serves from the same congressional district as Abraham Lincoln.
