Denver will host George Clooney, Madonna, Kanye West, Scarlett Johansson, Susan Sarandon, Spike Lee, Quentin Tarantino and Matt Damon, among many others.

The Republican convention hasn’t yet secured — or announced — anything similar, but the Creative Coalition is expected to bring in some big names.

Coalition director Robin Bronk told the Daily News, "I would expect to see Kid Rock (pictured), Gary Sinise, Patricia Heaton and Taylor Hicks there, at least. Republicans are strategically using the H[ollywood]-factor more than I’ve ever seen this time."

But one former political operative wasn’t so optimistic. It "will be a snooze-fest. They’re really worried."

The RNC is expected to have a heavy country music vibe inside, while organizations protesting the Republicans draw from alternative, folk and hiphop acts. It’s likely the most lively entertainment will be in the streets and parks, not at the RNC’s venues.
