The only way to "trust" government is if WE START HOLDING THEM ACCOUNTABLE! We must quit blindly re electing them in! What really needs to be done is "campaign reform". They are all quilty of selling votes to the highest bidders. Those that peddle legislative influence aka lobbyists. We will never have real representation until we no longer allow funding by lobbyists. Our Constitution states that cCongress is to be a collective voice for its citizens, not the corporations. What do we do? Hold them accountable, watch their votes and stop blindly voting for them. Vote for no more incumbants! Term limits should also be applied!
