Texas issuing it's own money as part of it's successionist efforts?

Why can Texas money be identified, but we can't figure out what banks did with all that cash from taxpayers c/o federal bailout money?

Much as I prefer liberal policies, is there anything wrong with rich people -Texans or not - throwing money at Coleman because they like his politics? He's not a public official any more.

"Texas money" is also, and reliably, reported to be behind the ELCA convention members who are opposing equal rights for homosexual Christians. "They come to meetings and conventions with elaborate and expensive tools and networking abilities that are funded by these same three wealthy Texas wingnuts, time after time after time."
I have yet to get the names, but my source is extraordinarily reliable and knowledgeable on this issue.
