Sarvi campaign gets new manager

Eileen Webber has stepped down as Steve Sarvi’s campaign manager. “Eileen Webber is facing some health issues,” says Sarvi, noting that she was in a car accident last year. “The campaign just got to be too much. We’re so grateful for the work she did to get us through the endorsing convention.”
Taking over immediately will be Brad Foster, who most recently ran Harry Teague’s successful primary campaign in New Mexico’s Second District. Sarvi is seeking to oust three-term incumbent Rep. John Kline, who has won each of his last re-election campaigns by 16 points.
Foster is on his way to Minnesota. “He is heading east,” says Sarvi, who joined six other congressional candidates on a forum this afternoon at Farm Fest. “We talked to him yesterday. He will be here on Friday.”
