For years I’ve been watching a political sign transform in North Minneapolis. When I first noticed it, it was berating Jesse Ventura, and since then it’s taken a shot at Tim Pawlenty, plugged Ron Paul and now, at least for the time being, it’s promoting Grant Cermak, a Republican running for the Minnesota House in district 58A. I long wondered who was behind it, and recently I found out: Leslie Davis, longtime activist, author, Ventura critic and already-announced candidate for the 2010 governor’s race.
