I'm also a little confused because I knew a guy who eventually lost his house from bankruptcy after a motorcycle accident, and that was ten years ago... kiowa, do you have a link for those statements? Very strict guidelines. Even the very poor if they have any assets will be held against them, Yeah you might not lose your house in bankruptsy because if medical bill the old way the new way IRS will take it and lien anything else of value you have eliminating bankrupt.
