To be natural born was to be born on U.S. SOIL of parents who were BOTH citizens. Two important requirements. In addition, Vattel said that the child “naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights”. Since Obama’s father was a Kenyan national and a British subject, said subjugation passed naturally to Obama Jr. and that is precisely the condition that our founding fathers feared. Mr. Obama could solve the issue with about 5 minutes of effort. Rather, he has purportedly spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to keep his records sealed.

There is some fraud going on – it may be the birthplace or it may be that HE’S NOT THAT SMART. He probably doesn’t want to show his school records because his grades were poor. He won’t release his law review work or thesis because they are probably CRAP or they were plagiarized.

Do I have any proof? Only that he has shown a poor grasp of the spirit of our Constitution (which defines us a nation and as individuals) and superiority of free-market economic principles. 2. Qualifications for federal public office are investigated by the Justice Department (aka The Department of Law). Therefore, when President Obama entered the races to be both a U.S. Senator AND President of the United States, it was President George W Bush’s Justice Department that vetted his qualifications. Since we now know that the sitting president is not a natural born citizen, then it is very clear that it was Bush who placed him in office and rigged the election.
3. Bush is also a master of expunging records. His military records disappeared during his father’s administration. You can’t find records of his drunk driving arrest or his arrest for cocaine possession. The president’s education records disappeared during the Bush administration. Can it be any more clear that this man is Bush’s plant?
4. Both of Bush’s wars are still being fought. The rendition policy hasn’t changed, and no one in the Bush administration has been prosecuted for crimes that they have admitted to on national TV!

I’ve got one BIG reason we will not get an open hearing in the birth certificate case:

the stock market would collapse.

Markets like certainty. There is probably not one judge or politician who is part of the core of the power structure who will step out of line.

Here’s the biggest problem…. Obama is not, can not be, never has been, and NEVER WILL BE a “natural born” citizen…. it’s that simple! Let me BRIEFLY explain….

Obama has NEVER produced his REAL, LONG VERSION VAULT BIRTH CERTIFICATE…. that part is pretty evident to most people with two brain cells to rub together… The other part really openly trumps all missing documents which keeps Obama from being President… EVER!

Obama Sr. was openly a Kenyan citizen and not of the US, therefore Obama Jr. (aka Barry Soetoro, aka Barack Hussein Obama Jr., aka Seditionist, Perjurous, Traitor, Mutinist Obama in the White House by his own known actions) is not and never will be qualified to be President of the United States… This was publically known in June of 2008 during the primaries!

The original definition of “natural born” can be found outside of the US Constitution because it was a COMMON term in the day, just like terms like “home run,” “touchdown,” or “first down” are today.

The legal definition is found in the Law of Nations which is the premier bedrock of legal jargon from 1758 (which if you know your history is RIGHT AS the Framers were writing the US Constitution!)

(Numbered 1 – 9 by me to show 9 TIMES that it states that Obama can not be a “natural born” citizen!)

§ 212. Citizens and natives.
The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. (1) The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those (2) children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights. They enjoy only the advantages which the law or custom gives them. The perpetual inhabitants are those who have received the right of perpetual residence. These are a kind of citizens of an inferior order, and are united to the society without participating in all its advantages. (7)Their children follow the condition of their fathers; and, as the state has given to these the right of perpetual residence, their right passes to their posterity.

§ 214. Naturalization.(58)
A nation, or the sovereign who represents it, may grant to a foreigner the quality of citizen, by admitting him into the body of the political society. This is called naturalization. There are some states in which the sovereign cannot grant to a foreigner all the rights of citizens, — for example, that of holding public offices — and where, consequently, he has the power of granting only an imperfect naturalization. It is here a regulation of the fundamental law, which limits the power of the prince. In other states, as in England and Poland, the prince cannot naturalize a single person, without the concurrence of the nation, represented by its deputies. § 215. Children of citizens born in a foreign country.
It is asked whether the children born of citizens in a foreign country are citizens? The laws have decided this question in several countries, and their regulations must be followed.(59) (8) By the law of nature alone, children follow the condition of their fathers, and enter into all their rights (§ 212); (9) the place of birth produces no change in this particular, and cannot, of itself, furnish any reason for taking from a child what nature has given him; I say “of itself,” for, civil or political laws may, for particular reasons, ordain otherwise. But I suppose that the father has not entirely quitted his country in order to settle elsewhere. If he has fixed his abode in a foreign country, he is become a member of another society, at least as a perpetual inhabitant; and his children will be members of it also.

That’s what I did. They told me it would cost $15.00 plus shipping.

I asked them if it would include the name of the hospital and the doctor who delivered me. They said yes. (That was in Cook County, Illinois).

From what you know, has it been challenged with regard to the definition you provided from Vattel?

I understand that there was a change in US law with regard to Vattel in the late 1700s that was later repealed, and there was the case of a Chinese-American in the late 19th or early 20th century.

I guess my point is that because of the 14th Amendment, the citizenship of a person’s parents is irrelevant. Being born on US soil takes precedence over prior laws, definitions, or declarations.

Obama’s ‘Certification of Live Birth’ show his mother’s race as Caucasian and his father’s race as African. When did African become a race? I always thought an African was a citizen of the Continent of Africa. It doesn’t show where he was born. It doesn;t show his mother’s aide in birth. Simply put, it doesn’t show who the hell he is.

Then they went to the 1980s and manipulated Hawaii’s new computerized databases to insert the birth record. Finally, they went back just a few months and hypnotized/brainwashed the Governor of Hawaii (Republican) and the head of the Hawaiian Department of Health (Republican) to say that the certificate was valid.
