In a ay I don't expect better of these right-wing talkers, and I know the authorities of the law are disinclined to do anything about it, but I can't help recalling that threats aren't free speech. Baker's statement isn't as clear “I'm going to get a machine gun and kill them,” but it's getting close. It seems like calling for someone to be killed should cross a legal line.
