President Obama will be shown on two of downtown Minneapolis’ digital billboards while he speaks about health care to a crowd inside Target Center, according to David Brauer of MinnPost. It won’t be the president’s first time to get lit on the electronic signs.
The last time was just after his swearing-in as president in January: a still image of Obama, smiling broadly, atop the Hooters restaurant in the city-subsidized Block E development.

Watching on billboard would be OK, however, are there still seats in the Target Center? Will it fill up?
