		<description>Oh ok, thanks for clarifying that for me.  I have no issue with paying taxes just so you know.  It&#039;s Friday and I don&#039;t feel like getting hammered for being accused of being a ne-neer on new taxes.</description>

He meant that he wouldn&#039;t propose the Minneapolis impose a local income tax alone ... a disincentive for people to live or work there. He would only do it if other communities in the metro area were also doing something like it.</description>
