Thanks for this article. An acquaintance was railing on about ACORN today and how corrupt the left of the political spectrum is. I provided a copy of this for him to see who the “right” was propping up to be a Presidential candidate. I asked him to tell me how “Connected Nation” is any different from “ACORN.”

Common Cause has exposed “Connected Nation” as an industry-controlled astroturf group which they describe on the CC website as a “wolf in sheep’s clothing”. How typical of the gov to misdirect stimulus funds to a group that was specifically created to oppose a free and open Internet.
