To Smith, you are right. Thanks you. These mpls cop didn’t want to help minority people like black, asian, hmong , mexican, & indian. We pay tax to protect and serve. Not to destroy our lives.

It makes sense to have officers who speak the language and can communicate with a specific community in areas where that community is concentrated. Considering what has happened in the past MPD should be doing a whole LOT more to better their relationship with the Hmong community in north Minneapolis.

With or without our local civil rights and community leaders, the fight for civil rights in the Fong Lee case continues…for and by ordinary citizens.

When will our brothers and sisters get OFF the sidelines and join in the fight? (Even after Officer Andersen was found to be UNFIT and FIRED from the MPD for “ethics” reasons)!!!

When will the deafening SILENCE of our Minneapolis leaders end, and start towards the path of true engagement with our Hmong American community? Here’s a good list of our so-called “friends:”

MPD and the mayor needs to wake up! This is the worse police department in the state. So many lawsuits and wrong doings. THe Chief needs to be fired. Can’t anyone see anything at all?

The very reason why I moved out of N. Mpls. Bad, corrupted cops. Most white in the MPD do not care about blacks, mexicans, and Hmongs. These ba*stards need to be fired. Wrong industry to be in.

What is the problem here? If the PD can not communicate with the citizens, then hire someone into a position that either is a cop or rides with the cops in the Hmong areas. No more problem.

And if it means they hire 100 people, then we improve the unemployment picture in Minneapolis. That is a good thing.
