Bachmann: ‘I’m not going to fear Keith Olbermann’

BachmannWASHINGTON — At a briefing for conservative bloggers at the Heritage Foundation today, Rep. Michelle Bachmann dismissed MSNBC as a network neither she nor “most of the American people” paid attention to.

“Quite honestly I don’t even know anything about MSNBC,” said Bachmann. “It’s not a network that I watch, and most of the American people agree with that assessment. They aren’t watching it either. And that’s why Fox’s ratings — I mean, it’s like, CNN, CNBC, MSNBC combined. I think Fox even exceeded one of the major networks last week. They’re on the ascendency.”

Bachmann praised conservative bloggers for getting out the truth past the filters of the old media. “I didn’t fear my own editorial boards in Minneapolis-St. Paul when I lived there,” she said. “I’m certainly not going to fear the likes of Keith Olbermann.”

Bachmann makes the same error regarding Fox’s ratings that other Republicans do. Fox is available to more customers than MSNBC, so naturally their ratings will be higher. Even out the playing field some day and THEN watch what happens.

Michele Bachmann is a disgrace to the USA, MN, and the 6th. If you’re interested in getting rid of Bachmann, support democratic candidate Dr. Maureen Reed! You can learn more about Maureen, and donate, at:

This woman again is showing her stupidity.

MSNBC is the cable leader for ratings and news. If she does not know anything about them, she had better learn.

Awww…let’s leave her in her current state of ignorant bliss. Then when we vote her out next year, she won’t even have a clue as to what happened.

Didn’t I read a year or so ago about Michelle Bachmann dumping her husband and then shacking up with her Campaign Manager. In fact, they moved in together I think.

This woman is all about Consevative Family Values? I don’t think so.

If this is true about Bachmann dumping her hubby for shacking w/ campaign manager, this is another real family values lesson fron the fringe right! She speaks against abortions or choice yet she votes against all legislation of any services to the people. Also Kline does the same. When you have large corporations leaving the Chamber of Commerce, it should be sending a message that things within the GOP have gone rogue. They want to puch their fringe religious beliefs on all like a disctatorship rather than any personal choices and you simply cant force ones beliefs on others. Bachmann claims to not know about MSNBC, just another lie as we have caught her now in many on cable news. Juist as she claimed to have never before been on cable news when Chris taped her months ago. I seen her on Larry King preaching for ALL Minnesotans and I blew a cork then as she does not represent all of us. Just the crazy ones!

Hey sueinmn…Right on!

MB is always just looking for ways to rule over the rest of us since we are obviously not of the same quality she is.

I have news for her. I am just as good as she is. Only, I don’t go around poking my nose into everyone else’s business. These Christian Right Wing Nut Jobs are always trying to tell me how to live my life.

We are the majority now. We don’t need to listen to the Republi-thugs any more. No longer does the country belong to Bushco and his thugs.

We have Mr. Obama there to look out for us now and he will not let us be trampled on any more. Ms. Bachmann is a non-factor now and I could not be happier.

She is a complete moron. Olbermann is way better then Fox any day of the week. She’s a woman and should be for women issues which is what the democratic party is all about. All she seems to care about is stopping abortion which is stupid because if someone wants to have one they should be able to because its their OWN CHOICE!! Some people don’t want babies and the republicans won’t help pay for them so its better to not have them for some poeple.
