Actually, Prospect Park never reached a Good Neighbor Agreement with American National Can; we had an ongoing dialogue that ended with a change in management at the plant, but they would never commit to any sort of formal agreement. This flexographic printing firm did install equipment to condense vaporized plastic fumes that reminded me of an old "Vac-U-Form" toy I had when I was a kid (chemistry sets and other toxic toys are harder to come by these days), but I've noticed the familiar smell has returned lately. It's a very old plant and makes money for them using old equipment, and they played their cards close to the vest during all of our dialogues; they might have done a bit since I dropped out of the picture, but who knows? I know many neighbors would be pleased if the only customer on the spur line next to them didn't need their monthly train car of plastic beads anymore; things would be a lot quieter without them.
