Three hundred Freedom Firsters sign on for Pawlenty PAC event

Three hundred people who love freedom more than lasers will join forces with Gov. Tim Pawlenty at his new leadership committee’s first fundraisers in Washington, D.C. tonight. T-Paw’s Freedom First PAC is hosting a low-cost, pretzel-themed gathering featuring U.S. Rep. Michele Bachmann ahead of a $5,000-a-plate dinner at the home of lobbyists who used to live in Minnesota.

The Freedom First PAC will hold its first event in Pawlenty’s home state on Nov. 4 in downtown Minneapolis.

That’s the same day proposals are due for revamping the PAC’s website, with plans for lots of mass e-mailing as well as marketing some Freedom First merch.
