		<description>I certainly am one that has felt the wrath of being an outsider, but I do NOT understand how this vote can be seen as a major victory by putting it in as a &quot;rider&quot; on a non-related bill... I can&#039;t help but feel it&#039;s a form of legislative prostitution... If an amendment can&#039;t stand on its own, then it shouldn&#039;t be at all... right or wrong, for it or against it... we rule by majority, not finess&#039; and manipulation, this so called &quot;hate amendment&quot; is a railroad job... and why our gov&#039;t system is waining. Shame on you who see this as a major victory, it&#039;s a sham. ...</description>
