Tell John to sell all his houses, he and Cindy can live in a trailer at their beer distribution center and the 13m he can give away to get the "1 in 4" houses in Phoenix in foreclosure out of hawk. My God. Use your head. 3/4's of these people in foreclosure put themselves there through irresponsible fiscal management. Explain to me how a 28 y/o couple with 2 kids can by 4 houses total value 1.2M? Think it didn't happen? Check the Startribs website about 2 months back (plus they were my neighbors).
