Scaling for race, immigration status, country of origin, vocation, income, location/number of specialists, and everything else, 1)Are the infant mortality rates higher? 2) Is the life expectancy shorter? 3) Is canncer survival lower? In other words, does the lower rate of insurance ownership lead to reduced healthcare outcomes? Ok, so there are higher rates of uninsured.
