		<description>Maybe it was naive to think the problem of renters being evicted without notice would end when the law changed. It looks like some lawyers and realtors have found it lucrative to lie. Isn&#039;t this a criminal offense? The government needs to educate renters about their rights, and jail those who break the law.</description>
