I have conservadem, Jim Marshall (GA-8), Suxby Chambliss, and Johnny Isakson representing my district and state. All of them voted with Bachhmann not to help homeowners, and they cited “fiscal responsibility” as the reason for not supporting the bill.

When does people getting kicked out of their homes, taking salary cuts, losing their jobs, applying for and getting social assistance = fiscal responsibility, when the federal and state governments have to turn around and help them in the end anyway?

My point is that, either way, it’s going to cost money, and since the people I cited don’t like spending on social programs, why would they do something that causes spending on social programs to increase?

They’re hypocrites. As long as they, their families, friends, associates, and the corporations are happy, the rest of us don’t matter.

I am not very, shale we say political. I would be best described as a “Unitarian Conservative Independent”. I keep my mind open, my mouth closed usually and my purse strings tight, not closed. I believe as a GOD fearing white male that everyone has the right to be equally judged by his or her peers by his or her actions. I try my best to see everyone’s side and not take sides due to sex, race, age or opinion. However, MB has failed to lead or help our district in any positive way. In fact I believe that she is deliberately trying to destroy this district and has blinded the public to such course. She is like the politicians of old who get further and richer on the backs of their constituents. There is no other reason or excuse for her words and her actions that she has taken over the last years. Politicians in the past have been run out of office for fewer offenses. Is it worth impeaching her or will she be the bigger person and step down? You tell us Michelle Bachmann, are willing to face you public and stand down or will you continue to lead your people into ruin.?

I live there, Dist. 6, and did not vote for this crazy woman. I am Liberal and very very frustrated with this State and this country. While occasionally humerous, people like MB are very dangerous and more prevalent in our political system than most realize. And yes, there are a LOT of dumb voters out there.

We need to change the election process dramatically or we are all doomed, i.e. get the Money out of it, make it State subsidized! Run offs, etc.
