Having that individual work for the Governor's office without officially adding him to the Guv office's budget, wiped over $100K a year off Timmy's budget, and you can bet the guy was doing the SAME exact thing Kelliher is being accused of doing, but King Timmy is just better at not getting caught. Kelliher has seemed like a dope and two steps behind Pawlenty. That pains me to say, considering my strong contempt for Pawlenty.
