I think it’s sad that we have to get rid of one program to help another program. Both are good things that can help our future. That fact is that we all are human and are going to do what we wanna do! It’s having the awareness and the tools to do it safely.

Oh my goodness, this is awesome. Finally even politicians will accept that condoms do not encourage teens to have sex and clean needles do not encourage people to start using drugs!
