Why is this news? There is no wrong doing going on. I am a little cofused as to why the fact tha he has served under the last three govs who the claim were all republican has to do with this. At the same time if I remember correctly Jesse wasn’t a republican. If he is or isn’t a repuican it makes no difference. There is absolutely no politics being played here. I’m sorry you guys lost old Teddy’s seat today, quit whining and taking out your frustration in the form of made up false news…

I’m not seeing anything dirty. I didn’t see in the article how the Park Board got money from the Met Council, but that doesn’t imply anything illegitimate. Also, the Park Board wanting riverfront property doesn’t raise any flags for me. There appears to be a difference of opinion about buying the entire property when they want just a strip, but that doesn’t imply anything crooked either. A bad idea isn’t necessarily a crime. It looks like conflict of interest laws are being followed. So I’m not clear what the story is.
