That’s the question the Star Tribune asked in a survey sent to candidates for governor. A “modern-day Inquisition” perhaps, but one carefully tailored to Mark Dayton’s demons — leaving an inquisition-free route to the governor’s mansion for untreated glue-sniffers who hear voices.
