pawlentyGov. Tim Pawlenty will be heading to a Georgetown bar on Friday night for a fundraiser hosted by Reps. John Kline, Michele Bachmann and Erik Paulsen. Also, hosting? Lobbyists. The event is part of a flurry of activities in Washington, D.C., where Bachmann and Pawlenty are featured speakers at the Conservative Political Action Committee conference this weekend.

The Hill has the details:

The event is being billed as “Late Night with TPaw,” and it kicks off at 9 p.m.; $50 gets you an open beer and wine bar. An email from Brogan also noted that there would be an after-party sponsored by the Conservative Political Action Committee (CPAC) following the Pawlenty event, but didn’t provide details about it.

Is this the CPAC convention where “somebody of Joe the Plumber stature” will be present?
