We pay our taxes wich fund those subsidies, so only those who don't pay their share will benefit. They will see their cost go down, and even if your percieved cost goes down, you have to realize that a portion of your taxes went to give you that imaginary savings. The only thing government is good at doing is spending what it is given and allways asking for more. We have not had a free market health care system for more than 50 years, and back then you could have your apendix out with three days in the hospital, total cost less than 100.00. I don't know about anyone else, but it bothers me when members of Congress lie to us for political and/or personal gain and call themselves Christians at the same time. IMHO, this is the reason many Americans are so uninformed on policy issues. It should be against the law for members of Congress to lie to us. It's wrong, and there's no excuse for them doing it. Lying wouldn't be necessary if they would actually be committed to working on solutions to our problems instead of making stuff up to cover for their unwillingness to do the work that is required.
