As some are tweeting about guns, God and green power, anticipation builds for the start of the GOP State Convention. But as one Republican candidate looks forward to seeing “many of you there,” one group won’t be allowed inside, the citizen videojournalism site The UpTake.

Some of these tweets make the tweeter look nutty. It’s why anyone in public life should treat a tweet like anything else they publish. Think it through first. Especially Mary Franson and Andy Cook.

What does the GOP have to hide? Are they doing something they should be ashamed of at their convention? The DFL convention was broadcast gavel to gavel, every citizen could watch them. The GOP is hiding?
