No matter what anyone's political bent, the very foundations of our country and its greatness and all of its accomplishments are the American people and the Constitution of the United States.

The first amendment of the Bill of Rights of that Constitution states "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

The Fourth Amendment of the Bill of Rights: "Amendment 4 - Search and Seizure. Ratified 12/15/1791.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

The Bill of Rights, my fellow Americans, is the foundation upon which all of our freedoms stand. And yet, some of you would still applaud these egregious assaults upon it?

One man's asking questions and investigating is another man (termed used loosely) intimidation.

Imagine what would happen in the police did nothing and a bomb (no matter how big or small) went off in a crowd of people. Everyone would be screaming for the Police Chief to resign.

It only takes one wacko to cause a big problem. Unfortunately, that one wacko is hanging around with other, but peaceful, wackos. As a result, all the wackos (no, not all protestors are wackos; lighten up a little bit) need to be looked at.

It's a bad deal, but it's the new reality.
