Video: Gustav might give McCain, GOP excuse for keeping Bush away from the convention

As you can see below (via ThinkProgress), Fox News is reporting that George W. Bush may not be speaking in St. Paul on the opening day of the Republican convention Monday after all, owing to Tropical Storm Gustav, the Louisiana-bound weather front that is expected to turn into a hurricane before it reaches landfall in the US.
