Dayton leads in poll of gubernatorial hopefuls

Mark Dayton led all gubernatorial candidates in a Minnesota Public Radio/Humphrey Institute poll released Wednesday. The former U.S. Senator edged out Republican-endorsed Tom Emmer within the margin of error. They were followed by DFL-endorsed Margaret Anderson Kelliher, Independence Party-endorsed Tom Horner and Matt Entenza, who is running in the DFL primary.
Dayton led Emmer with 35 to 31 percent, while Kelliher lost to Emmer 31 to 29 percent. Entenza got 28 percent to Emmer’s 32 percent. Horner garnered around 10 percent in each matchup.
For the DFL primary, Dayton bested Kelliher 38 percent to 28 percent with Entenza getting 6 percent.
The margin of error for the poll was 5.8 percent.

Minnesota can’t afford Mr. Dayton as governor (nor any other democrite). We’d all be better off if Mr. Dayton would put his efforts into bringing back the Dayton’s Department Stores. No one did retail like Dayton’s and Minneapolis hasn’t been the same since.

Hello, small government, lower taxes this allows small business to hire people and allows us to go back to work! /Raise taxes larger government and we get obamanomics, what do we really want in MN! Think about it people! Reagen dropped unemployment 9 percent in 3 years He dropped taxes, balanced the budget and put people back to work, what would you prefer?
