Entenza picks Robinson as running mate
Thursday, May 27, 2010 at 10:17 am
Gubernatorial candidate Matt Entenza, a DFLer challenging Margaret Anderson Kelliher in the August primary, has selected Robyne Robinson to be his running mate. Robinson is best known as co-anchor of Fox 9 News. She worked for the station since 1995 and retired on Wednesday.
Entenza will face off against Kelliher and former Senator Mark Dayton in the DFL primary. Robinson is not the first Fox 9 personality to run for statewide office. Former Sen. Rod Grams also worked at Fox 9 before becoming senator.

How sad. If only Mr. Entenza had the common sense to get out of the way of Ms. Kelliher. She is the DFL endorsed candidate and the next Governor of the people.
Mr. Entenza is simply some rich boy who is making trouble for my party’s real candidate.

Go, Matt brilliant choice. Robyn is a closet political junkie and will bring good ideas and energy to the party. Always enjoyed her comments on the boards.
