Bachmann to speak at Values Voter Summit, Pawlenty unconfirmed

Rep. Michele Bachmann has confirmed she will be speaking at the Values Voter Summit in Washington, D.C., in September. The event is organized by the Family Research Council, a group that opposes homosexuality, and it is one of the largest gatherings of religious right movers and shakers each year. Bachmann attended in 2008 and 2009. Gov. Tim Pawlenty spoke in 2009, but has yet to confirm he will be attending this year’s event.
