For Alaskan bloggers, it seems McCain’s VP pick–who has been governor for less than two years–is primarily known for a few things: She wants to drill in ANWR (she invited McCain there in June to tour the 2,000 pristine acres); she invokes God in every decision she makes (he hates wildlife!); she’s a creationist who believes it should be taught in public schools; she’s at the center of a current legislative investigation regarding the suspicious firing of a state trooper who was involved in a divorce with her sister; and she became a “MILF” star in January after a Vogue magazine appearance and story that led to this (left) Photoshopped image. (It gets worse: Already, someone has created a web site VPILF.com. ) In other words, it looks like Palin is Alaksa’s very own Michele Bachmann!

If this election about judgment the choice of Sarah Pahin shows poor judgment on McCain’s part.
Any intelligent person knows when you choose to have unprotected sex at 43 you have a very high probability of having a child with Downs Syndrome. She used poor judgment not using birth control.
Would she use better judgment dealing with our economy?
Would she use better judgment dealing with our enemies?
I for one am not willing to take a chance on her and John McCain’s judgment, the conditions in this world can not depend on a roll of the dice.
And I’m a educated white woman so don’t get on my back about sexism.

In her acceptance speech Sarah Palin said that John McCain would be a compassionate president! Is she talking about the John McCain that in 26 years never voted for raising the minimum wage? Eighteen times John McCain voted NO to raise the living standards of the neediest Americans.

Don’t worry Sarah Palin will save the nation’s economy!
McCain said to the Wall Street Journal, in November 2005: “I’m going to be honest: I know a lot less about economics than I do about military and foreign policy issues. I still need to be educated.”
In December 2007, McCain similarly said: “The issue of economics is not something I’ve understood as well as I should.”
In December 2007 McCain again made a similar statement, while also saying that he’d like to appoint a vice presidential running mate who is “intimately familiar” with economics, Sarah Palin? Is this the financial genius he was talking about?
In The Chicago Tribune Interview 12/07: McCain said, “The issue of economics is something that I’ve really never understood as well as I should. I understand the basics, the fundamentals, the vision, all that kind of stuff,” he said. “But I would like to have someone I’m close to that really is a good strong economist. As long as Alan Greenspan is around I would certainly use him for advice and counsel…”I’ve never been involved in Wall Street, I’ve never been involved in the financial stuff, the financial workings of the country, so I’d like to have somebody intimately familiar with it,” he said of a potential vice presidential candidate, if that’s Sarah Palin?
GOD HELP US ALL!!!!!
