Though the evidence stated doesn’t necessarily show intent to start a riot, SOMETHING was going through this fellows head that would have caused issues in the future. If not the RNC, something else. Caltrops? You’ve got to be kidding me. You cannot justify having those in your garage.

I have decided not to clean my basement of the – preemptive harmless but -household items long awaiting a dumpster which may be confiscated in the view of present repressions of civil liberties…old hose, empty soap bottles, an old garden hose that leaks, a chair with a broken leg…and I'm sure a few other items.

This is a dark time now, with common objects being confiscated (with or without a warrant?) and become contraband at a flick of a billy club or a gun in the face.

It is a dark time also in this nation's history when a hockey mom can become president …all this lady Sarah has to do is fire the president (assuming this nation would actually go Republican) as she did her commissioner in Alaska. Our foreign policy has the world scowling and our economy is broken and our Bill of Rights shredded beyond recognition..and the only question worth asking McCain about Sarah…”But does she chew snuff?”…McCain in all seriousness would reply…”I don't know, I'll Alaska”…that's what we've got here folks; one big party and two jokers at the helm…that's all for now…
